Welcome to Emirates Simulation Academy (ESA)

Emirates Simulation Academy (ESA) offers plant fundamental courses and operator training courses for combined cycle power plants, gas turbines, water desalination plants, oil refineries and oil and gas platforms. Courses are available for newly hired as well as experienced plant operators, technicians, engineers and managers.

ESA brings the technology of real-time simulation within easy reach to organizations through our simulation-based training courses. Our five state-of-the-art real time simulators provide trainees with an effective and realistic learning experience. Simulation training provides the optimal platform for trainees to learn complicated procedures, to respond to emergencies or to improve daily operations.
